Firestone Complete Auto Care

The team was great. They got me in their very tight schedule on a Saturday and took care of the service as quickly as they could. Ryan and Trey (I believe is his name) were both very helpful in getting me in and out as quickly as possible. Really appreciate it guys!

The sugar land Firestone left something to be desired. We were served by a nice gentleman qhen booking in for service on saturday, but the service itself was lacking. No contact from the branch despite us emphasising we'd like updates as soon as they were available, we ended up coming back to the garage early to find they had finished, but it was now too late in the day to ask for any of their recommended additional works to be done. Promised a callback earlier which didnt happen. Overall a bit disappointed with the service, and clearly the staff on duty on sunday did not listen to our priorities.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The associates were communicative, professional, and very polite from start to finish. I knew what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way and they truly made me feel valued as a customer. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and worked overtime to get my vehicle back when promised. I never felt like I was being hustled or oversold at any point, which I really appreciate. Kudos to the entire staff, you all are an example of business done right! Shout out to Norman and I believe his name was Tray (i hope I remember it correctly) great job guys!

Came in for a wheel alignment after installing new tires and had a really good experience. They got me in quickly, finished in under an hour, and provided a clear before/after alignment sheet. The team didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I appreciated. Pricing was fair, especially with the lifetime alignment option. Car drives straight and the steering wheel is perfectly centered. Solid, straightforward service—would come back.

I recently visited Firestone for car maintenance and had a very positive experience. Trey, who assisted me, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to clearly explain the work needed and ensured everything was handled efficiently. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. It made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this location to others and look forward to returning for future service. Thank you, Trey, for your outstanding support.
